By ordering products on this Website, you agree to be bound by this Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase from this Website.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
Your contracting party for this Website is Model Art Display (“MAD”; also referred to herein as “we” and “our”). We use this Website to market, sell and process the online order of products to consumers worldwide.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Because we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you are covered by a 30 Day Return window from the date of delivery.
We do not exchange products purchased through this Website. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchased product for a refund and place a new order.
It is only possible to obtain a refund on returned products when the return is in line with this Returns Policy.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We may request you to provide picture(s) of the defective product for initial evaluation of the product condition and determine if a return is required.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. There will be no refund for the followings cases:
ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
For undeliverable shipment due to incorrect receiver details (such as shipping address), our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange reshipping of the package and let you know the reshipping cost. The package will only be reshipped after we received the reshipping cost from you. We will treat the undeliverable shipment as a return if we did not receive reply or confirmation from you via email.
If a shipment is returned to us as refused shipment, our Customer Service team will contact you to verify the reason(s) for refusing the package. We will treat the refused shipment as a return if we did not receive reply or confirmation from you via email.
Customers are also responsible for any additional fees, duties or taxes (if any) for refused or undeliverable shipments. Any return cost including the initial shipping cost, return shipment cost, taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
There will be no refund for product or shipping if Customs disposes the refused or undeliverable shipment for any reason.
The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return we will process your request as quickly as possible. We therefore require you to allow us at least 30 days to receive and process your return. Although we will refund your purchase within 3 working days after processed your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your refund.
Refund will be issued after the product has been received and processed by our warehouse or logistic partners. We will refund full price of the item(s) returned to us, less shipping cost or other additional fees (if applicable).
Refund will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
